Summer Travel Experience To Bali – Day 2

What could we do in Bali? What we planned to do in Bali? It will properly give you a different answer all together. For our instance, the original plan before we came to Bali was to stay mostly around Kuta, relax soaking under the sun, having numerous massage sessions during our 4-day-stay in Bali, perhaps maybe do a little site seeing and shopping. But I realised I was wrong when I found out what we could actually do in Bali is much much more than what I could imagine! So, we decided to change our initial planning. 1st day was nothing special with most of the time wasted in our travelling. In order to catch up some time losses, we sweared to maximize our time in Day 2!

In fact we had made up our mind in day1 to arrange some day tour travel around Bali island. We have checked out lots of brochures, local travel booth and thanks to Johnny from Kuta Seaview Cottage, he managed to arrange a cab with driver for us! Relatively cheap, Rp450,000 (about RM160.00) for a full day tour inclusive of taxi, driver cum tour guide and petrol. We let him know the places to cover, he drove us there with his TOYOTA KIJANG  (or better known as UNSER in Malaysia), with only 2 of us and we will control our own time! TRAVEL TIPS OF THE DAY#1: ALWAYS IF POSSIBLE TRAVEL DURING OFF PEAK SEASON SO YOU WOULD HAVE BETTER BARGAIN POWER!

On day 2 morning, we had our wonderful buffet breakfast at Kuta Seaview Cottage, came with our accomodation package and started our immaculate journey at 8:30am. Well, roads in Bali are mostly trunk roads. You need to be very skillful and familiar to drive around there and need to watch out other users on the road other than your direction 🙁 . TRAVEL TIPS #2: NEVER BOTHER TO HIRE CAR AND DRIVE YOURSELF HERE. YOU WILL GET LOST IMMEDIATELY!

Our body almost exhausted after the whole day out but our mood were still remained high though. When we got back to our cottage, we quickly refreshed ourselve with a hot shower, dressed up smartly & head down straight to HardRock Cafe with clubbing mood. The night’s prime time in HardRock Cafe was after 12 midnight with Buy 1 get 1 Free promotion and pop philipino band 1st quality live show. Dance, drink and laugh, no drugs please! We wrapped up our Day 2 in Bali unconciously in our bed. 🙂
