Planning a family holiday to Orlando
Planning a holiday to United State of America (US) is always one of my travel wishes since childhood and still remains as my dream to come true. Part of the reason why is because low cost airlines in my region has still not introduced any flights to US, which made traveling to US a more expensive options, if compared to Europe or Australia. However, being one of the top travel destinations in terms of annual visitors received, US is definitely one continent that I wish to explore in one of these years. One of my favorite city in the US is off course the home to Walt Disney World and Universal Studio, the Orlando city, Florida.
My children are growing up so it’s time now to plan a family holidays abroad. If you ask any kids where they would really love to visit, the answers are always around those theme parks like Walt Disneyland, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, or Wet ‘N Wild. Though you can visit these parks in many countries around the world now, but visiting them in their home ground is something I would prefer.
Orlando city is a large and famous travel destination in Southern USA. Having a subtropical climate, the Orlando and Lake Buena Vista region typically offers warm sunny days and mild nights and temperature rarely top over 40°c or drop below 0°c over the year, which is pleasant and the most preferred weather by tourists worldwide. While attractions in Orlando are also the family travel’s favourite. Families come here for various theme parks in Walt Disney World and Universal studios, many recreational gardens, international standard golf courses, museums as well as shopping malls.
Among them all, Walt Disney’s flagship resort within its empire, the Walt Disney World Resort is definitely the hottest venue for all families. Comprising four theme parks, two water parks, two night time entertainment districts, 1 state-of-the-art sports complex, dozens of hotels, two shopping and dining districts, five golf courses, and much more, Walt Disney World is believed to be the largest privately owned tourist destination on the planet.
Families can get a Disney Tickets Florida to grant access to the World of Disney World Resort and various theme parks. Visitors can discover all the enchanting tales and magical adventures at Magic Kingdom, explore the wonders of the universe and the diverse cultures of the world around at Epcot, and join Animal Kingdom which features naturalistic live animal exhibits alongside more traditional Disney amusement rides. For movies lovers and Hollywood’s fans, Disney’s Hollywood or MGM Studios is a ‘must-go’ to meet your favourite movie characters and recall some of the classic scenes in Star Wars, Indiana Jones and the Beauty and the beast.
After exploring those amazing parks, kids and families could also take a cool break and plunge straight into those popular water parks include the wild, wet world of Disney’s Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon water parks.
For me, the best option in my travel planning to Orlando is always to stay in one of the Disney World’s themed hotels and play a round of golf in the morning while my wife taking children to the theme parks! 🙂 – Travel Feeder, your ultimate photo travel blog
