Travel snapshot – Paintings and the Piazza Navona, Rome
What’s the use of taking thousands of photos if not sharing with others? This is a statement I made to my friends recently, and it truly reflects on my self as well. Works have been really up to my neck for the past year that lots of my travel photos taken on my past travels to Europe and Beijing are still being kept untouched in my library. I had shot over 10 thousands photos on my recent travel to Europe MkI, Europe MkII and Beijing trips but only little over 2,000 photos have been uploaded to my Flickr Photostream! Let’s make a change! 🙂 Let’s pt up more photos here to share with you travelers….
Apart from the fountains (Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi or Fountain of the Four Rivers, Fontana del Moro or Fountain of the Moor, and the Fountain of Neptune) placed in the centre of the square, Piazza Navona of Rome is also occupied by many of the local artists showcasing their paintings at one part of the square.
Just pick one of the many cafes surrounding the square and sit down for a while, you will be able to see those nice paintings on display as well as other street performances by the local artists.
The above are just a few of my travel photos taken on my trip to Italy. I’m going to share more other images from my photo library as soon as I get back from my Japan trip in 2 more days. Until then, I will have a few more thousands of travel shots taken in Japan! Blessing in disguise, there are still over 100Gb of hard drive space in my desktop computer! 🙂 – Travel Feeder, your ultimate travel photo guide to Europe.
