This is truly a Disney World Orlando roller coaster classic. Though Space Mountain is not incredibly fast, it features a one-of-a-kind space theme. Its “old school” appeal makes it ride one of the most unusual coasters in the park. Instead of a traditional coaster car you are seated in your own personal space ship, rocketing through orbit at warp speeds avoiding asteroids and interstellar traffic all while listening to an space-travel-themed soundtrack.

When this ride begins to climb, you immediately understand where it got its name. The sheer size of Expedition Everest allows you to see the coaster from any point in the park. Hairpin turns and terrific plummets coupled with quick whips in and out of the famous mountain make this coaster one of the most action packed rides in the park.
The Haunted Mansion
