Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Happy Holiday

Today is Hari Raya or Eid-ul-fitr, the Break-fasting festival celebrating the conclusion of the 29 or 30 days of dawn-to-sunset fasting during the entire month of Ramadan in Islamic calendar. This is the most important festival of the year for all muslims, similar to that Lunar New Year for Chinese. Hari Raya Aidilfitri is a public holiday in Malaysia that last for 2 days. I’m going to Ipoh today for a short getaway and also their local foods. 🙂
