LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort won Best Attraction & Tourism Experience Award as part of the Expatriate Lifestyle’s The Best of Malaysia Awards 2014 recently. Here is the story in details.
For the second time, LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort has successfully clinched the coveted Excellence Award for Best Attraction & Tourism Experience during the ninth edition of Expatriate Lifestyle’s The Best of Malaysia Awards, held at Club Esperance, Fraser Business Park on 28th October, 2014.
Other attractions competing in the category included Sunway Lagoon, Aquaria KLCC and KL Tower.
The Best of Malaysia award is the biggest awards celebrating the finest in the travel and hospitality industry and organized yearly by Expatriate Lifestyle, Malaysia’s leading magazine in its category. The awards are 100 per cent nominated and voted by well-travelled expatriates who live in Malaysia. This year, a record-breaking 30,000 votes were cast over 18 categories, all chosen from shortlists over a 13-week voting period until October 1, 2014.
“We truly appreciate this recognition. It really goes to show that our Resort is a great place for families and we will continue to strive to be the best not just in Malaysia, but in Asia as well. This marks a great way to end 2014 and we look forward to more success in 2015,” said Mark Germyn, General Manager of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort.
